    We arrived in the early hours and was greeted with a refreshing Mojito, our room was amazing with wine and flowers. Thanks to Kelly, Bella and the lovely Samir who extended his shift to wait for our arrival.
    We were truly spoilt by ever member of staff , you are all amazing .
    Our special thanks to Mohamed Tmam and Ali Mohamed who kept the smile on our faces in fact the whole of the Recreation Team are truly special . Mr Ragab does an amazing job.
    A big thankyou 🍾🍧to the Food and Beverage team who fed and watered us so well I cannot fit into my trousers. 😜

    This hotel did not disappoint in any way the food was amazing the staff very helpful and friendly. The entertainment was one of the best I have seen at an all inclusive hotel. The beach bar was a little hit and miss with the drinks, the bar is to small for the amount of people there and the guys are so busy – this is evenings only when the entertainment is at this bar. The beds are very comfortable and the room we had was massive.

    This used to be our favorite hotel — we stayed here three years in a row. Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably declined this year.
    We stayed from May 24 to May 31, 2025. The alcohol is of lower quality, and the food has become repetitive and not the same as it used to be. Service in the restaurants is suffering: the waiters can’t keep up with the number of guests, and in the grill restaurant, there are only two chefs who simply can’t handle the workload.
    Entertainment is almost nonexistent now, even though it used to be one of the hotel’s strong points.

    Words can not describe the luxury we got on this holiday. Yes it is expensive but it is worth it.
