This used to be our favorite hotel — we stayed here three years in a row. Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably declined this year.
We stayed from May 24 to May 31, 2025. The alcohol is of lower quality, and the food has become repetitive and not the same as it used to be. Service in the restaurants is suffering: the waiters can’t keep up with the number of guests, and in the grill restaurant, there are only two chefs who simply can’t handle the workload.
Entertainment is almost nonexistent now, even though it used to be one of the hotel’s strong points.
My spouse and I had an incredible stay at Rixos Adults Only. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and Eman at the reception went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The atmosphere is calm and luxurious, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spotless and well-designed, offering great comfort. The food was exceptional, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. This trip exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to returning. A big thank you to the Rixos team for making our stay unforgettable!
