Gorgeous resort, but reception to improve
The resort is really wonderful: nice, welcoming and with a catering staff, housekeeping staff or in general inside the resort extremely kind, helpful and always smiling.
Unfortunately, the only real downside was the organization of the reception area. Staff often address guests directly in Russian, even when it is not the spoken language, continuing to do so despite being noticed. I would have expected communication mainly in English, I didn’t speak Italian.!! This attitude has made the interaction often confusing and unprofessional.
